This is the original music composed for and featured in the documentary ‘Conversations in Lockdown’ made by my wife Elyza Mells.

Filmed during the summer months 2020 when restrictions from the first UK lockdown began to ease, it is an intimate and honest look into people’s thoughts and feelings, and how they were effected and coped with being in Lockdown.

I was honoured to be asked by Elyza to write the soundtrack for the film and immediately began writing pieces that I thought would complement and convey the emotion within the documentary.

Throughout the Autumn and Winter months of 2020 I wrote and recorded a total of 13 pieces for the film, and this album comprises of all the full length versions.

The documentary will have its premier screening in Southend in Essex on the 4th September, 2021. Please search Facebook for Elyza C Mells Films for further information.
